Club bookings for functions

Our amazing clubhouse is available to book for any occasion such as birthdays, christenings, funerals, weddings etc...The cost is £50 to hire but please note that we do not accept bookings for children's parties or 18th birthdays.

If you are providing a bouncy castle HRFC will not accept any liability for accidents etc... and children MUST be supervised at all times. If you are holding a function where children will be attending they MUST be supervised at all times as HRFC will not be responsible for children leaving the premises on their own.

Your booking will only be confirmed on receipt of a booking form and the £50 function room hire fee. Please fill in a booking form and email it to :
